Enter your tracking number in the search box at the top of any page and click "Track". We'll automatically detect the carrier and show you the latest status within seconds.
Your tracking number is in the confirmation or dispatch email from the sender or retailer. It's usually labelled "Tracking Number", "Consignment Number", "Waybill" or "Reference Number". It can also be found on the physical shipping label.
No account is needed to track individual parcels — it's completely free and requires no registration. Accounts are only required for business features like API access, bulk tracking and email alerts.
We support 1,000+ carriers worldwide including DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS, Royal Mail, PostNL, Australia Post, DPD, GLS, Evri, TNT, Aramex, Canada Post, Deutsche Post and hundreds more.
"In Transit" means your parcel is moving through the carrier's network. It has been collected and is on its way to the destination. No action is needed.
Your parcel is on the delivery vehicle and should be delivered today. Make sure someone is available to receive it, or check if the carrier offers a safe place or redelivery option.
This is common for international shipments, particularly during customs clearance. Parcels can sit in customs for several days with no tracking scan. Check the estimated delivery date and contact the sender if you're significantly past that date.
An exception means something prevented a normal delivery attempt — the recipient was not home, address was incorrect, or customs clearance is required. Check the carrier's website for the specific reason and follow their instructions.
First check with neighbours and any safe places near your address. Check the carrier's notification for a delivery card. If still not found, contact the carrier with your tracking number, then contact the sender to initiate a claim.
Minor delays are common, especially around holidays. If your parcel is significantly past the estimated delivery date, contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. If unresolved, contact the sender.
This depends on the carrier. Some carriers allow address changes via their website or app after collection. Contact the carrier directly — DHL Xpress is a tracking platform and cannot modify shipments.
The most common reasons: the carrier hasn't scanned the parcel yet (can take 4–24 hours after collection), the tracking number was entered incorrectly, or the carrier is not yet in our network. Try again in a few hours.
